Why did you start breeding dogs?
Abby's family has been breeding dogs since she was a little kid, so she grew up with it. We then started using Brinker (our Boxer) as a stud until we moved to North Carolina for a year. In NC Boxer/English Bulldog mixes were pretty popular; we went to see some puppies one day and fell in love with Lola. We thought she was a really cool mix of breeds and was a great dog, so we thought we'd bring the mix back to the Midwest, which we did, and it has been very popular.
While the breeding process can be a lot of work (and a LOT of laundry), it's amazing to watch the puppies be born, learn to walk, and develop unique personalities. It's a great experience to watch it all happen and we love doing it.
